During my training at Surge Freelancing Marketplace, I gained comprehensive skills in various aspects of freelancing, including administrative support, social media management, lead and prospect generation, project management, CRM management, email marketing, online bookkeeping, website management, search engine optimization for businesses, customer service and support, telemarketing Facebook ads for businesses and setting a freelancing brand. The structured modules provided hands-on experience with essential tools like Canva, Trello, Intuit Quickbooks and Salesforce, enhancing my ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively. From my perspective, this training was invaluable, as it not only expanded my technical abilities but also reinforced the importance of reliability and adaptability in the dynamic freelance market. I am now better equipped to organize work processes, boost online presence, and deliver exceptional service to my clients.
